Smith Creek Crossing – Site Development
JNX Construction Site Services was contracted by ESCO Construction Co to assist with the 3D CAD linework and surface modeling of the Smith Creek Crossing manufactured home community in Granby, Colorado. The project, spanning over 20 acres and containing 130+ building pads and lots, 1+ miles of private roadways, and two retaining walls, required efficient and high-quality work to ensure a timely completion. Utilizing our expertise in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center, JNX was able to provide detailed, accurate models for ESCO’s field survey team and machine controlled equipment, resulting in a smooth and successful project completion.
